Well you could transfer your Xbox Live account onto other Xboxes using a memory card, and of course still og-on on your own machine. I assume it'll be the same here, you can use your Live account on either the new one or the old one. Unless Microsoft don't want to continue running the old servers. -

Since you'll probably make the teeth as seperate mesh, you can get away with making the inner mouth seperate as well (as the teeth will hide the non continuity in between). If you plan any mouth movements, I'd recommend making the mouth slightly open - will save you a lot of headaches with normalmaps and whatnot. duh your… -
