Is there any way to render in "flat shaded" mode like in 3DS max but in marmoset? Marmoset seems to render the hard edges, I dont want any hard edges, I like the cartoonish look of the flat shaded viewport. I also want some flat specularity, like plastic looking pieces. Here's what I did to the tank, I think it looks okay…
no you have 2(3) animations in the reel that I'd want taken out. the blood stuff...not even gonna explain myself the aircraft taking off, has what to do with animation really? I mean, other than moving solid objects around. (3rd, is the car at the end..but yeah, guess you can keep it) your first animation is by far -…
Seriously Badass bodywork man :) The face still lets it down for me, it's the cartoony'ness. The rest is so awesome, good enough to be in any realistic AAA game. I know you've called it, so by all means leave it for a while, but take alook again later with fresh eyes. Either way Great work :D
Those arms look incredibly long. It's hard to tell with the angles and perspective, but I think the entire upper body is too big for the legs. It looks like his hands would reach down below his knees if he lowered his arms to his sides. The eyes are looking a bit too cartoonish, the white is much too bright overall. You…
It'll probably end up being some weird hybrid.. though I'm hoping to pull away from anime style (since sadly most of my drawings are terribly cartoonish it's hard to tell :P) She'll be more of a realistic sort, if I can manage it.
After looking at your website i am left with a few questions: What tools did you use? What do you want to do? hard surface, Characters? Also why is there two renders of the space ship? Id say the piece that really sticks out to me is your island but you only have one image of that. you need to put other angles as well as…
The car tires need a lot less specular and the normal map that is on it is weird, not very strong and then fades towards the center of the tire. The kitchen looks cartoonish. I think you need some wood on the cabinets instead of the solid color.
