save-file incompatibility, developers aren't deleting any saves :) people could write save-file converters to bring their stuff over but that's low-priority for the devs at this point. We're all pretty crazy for this game at the office! -

Really well done. Just curious, how did you learn all this? I've been hoping to get into Houdini for game dev for a while now and can barely make stuff in Houdini, forget proceduralise them. -

Also, don't check in your entire filesystem. A web dev friend of mine had a new coworker who was about to commit every file on his computer to Git, but luckily said friend was able to stop him. -

Dear Noors, I fix my Tangent problem with geometry. It was a rotation problem of each UV island. I need to rotate each UV island on same direction, and so tangent is the same for each face on geometry :) -

was just about the mention the stubby legs, and then you posted that latest PO, def going in the right direction :) I would also recommend thickening and tighten up the straps on his arms, they look a bit floating at the moment. -

wow polies out of control! call someone! you have enough polies in one of his legs for the whole model, roughed out. def start over. and don't take it personally, you need to start with the basics.
