Yeah, great stuff ralusek. I don't do much retopology lately, but it's great to know what's available in Blender in case I need it in the future. I like the features + workflow format of this video as it puts everything in context. -

My apologies. In the future I will be sure to include both of the terms Freelancer and Remote; but yes, remote is what we are looking for. This is mostly because of our location it is very difficult to find people local enough for on-site contract work :) -

Someone program it so I can 3D model and sculpt with my hands. PLS I would pay good money for that Although it looks like it would be far in the future before it would be able to I still want it. -

The lack of ability to save images is a drawback for employers who might want to save your work on an external drive for future review. Also not a big fan of flash in general - it does take a while to load as Dan pointed out. -

I will use the Xoliu shader in the future as I like it. And I used mental ray because for some reason the scanline renderer was messing up, wouldnt render anything. Will see what I can do today though -

In the retro future pilots are measured by the size of their popped collars. I really love these designs, i'm with Dash, top right and bottom mid are just awesome. Nothing interrupts the large forms which gives a super sleek feeling. -
