Its definitely a low memory issue. I had a similar problem and realized my 1t hard drive had 30 gb left and zb wouldnt launch. It likes at least 60gb min to be avail. -

That street lamp is almost EXACTLY the same kind they have on Market St, San Fransisco. If you're looking for more reference, check those out. I recently had to make one very similar to what you're doing. -
