Hey man, sorry about the tower. It was looking great. I'd be charmed to find a small niche in a game with that much personality. Keep at it, seems like the practice is paying off.
This makes me feel very incapable of anything 3D related right now D: It's so pretty and detailed. Gotta practice more to be able to do such beautiful environments!
thanks - but it was practically inevitable that something would slip through the cracks in the rush of the past few weeks! still, got a few ideas to try yet, so fingers crossed!
For the hood, I'm thinking about a loop on the top of the back, and maybe try to delete a loop on the side. And yes keep the visor of helmet like that, it will surely be more practical to work.
observation and practice! I refer back to these videos off and on when i'm feeling lost Using Color in Paintings Choosing colors that work DOTA2 gun from bounchfx
Small test sculpt. Trying to achieve hard edges. Clay tubes and flatten brush used. Not really practical but learning nonetheless. More! P.S. Mouse sculpting sucks.
I just did some practice in zbrush by making a skull in 20min. For my first time in zbrush I think it is pretty alright. The pictures are a little distorted sorry.
Well I had some fun in zbrush, practicing in it a little and creating this Imp skull. Might not be easy to get any technical crit on it but perhaps some design critique?
