Good stuff Shannon. Already it's showing much better. But it does also bring up some more issues in your animation. Besides the floaty stuff, which the skateboard falls definitely have, you could have stronger anticipation on them. Especially the jumps. She kind of just pops up. not much of a push off the ground pose.… -

Gestalt, unless i'm mistaken the red and green channels of the vectors contain the information for the binormal and tangent of the vector. if you imagine a set of axis at the centre of the face blue is the normal vector and red and green define the plane of the face. dont think they're very useful here as you want the… -

There is some stuff going on with GoZ and certain versions of Max. Maybe someone can solve your problem with a simple click, but in the meantime drag the tool onto the canvas in ZBrush then hit unify under the tool menu/ deformation. That will set the model at ZBrush's optimal scale and zero the axis position in ZBrush.… -

An even more extreme iteration could be a single plane, treated as a billboard (but not on every axis). I think Skyrim did something similar for some of its chains. -

Nice video Max seems to have some great time saving tools Maya should adopt. I made my bolt in Maya by taking a poly cube then smoothing it to level 3.
