I was planning to subtract BSP from within the BSP I added for the room itself... I haven't heard of anyone using a brush for each wall. Is this a standard practice?
@dirigible, That artifacting caused by a hardened normal will be practically erased with the splitting of the uvs, just a few pixels gap between the shells will fix it. Edit: ZackF says it better :P
i think i should just make a base for the body and face in maya and continue from there and practice sculpting on the side once i'm completed with making the base mesh
Started a new character practice based on an Orc illustration by Chris G. Robinson. I really want to nail the Blizzard art style, and why not try that by making an ORC?!
Well, you live in the right place. Plenty of studios around there, that or Malmö. You got some good stuff going, just need to practice and get in the swing of things.
