I feel like you are letting yourself get caught up in extremely tight technical details and making things difficult for yourself for no reason. Making a cool 500 triangle car? Cool! Depends a bit on the manufacturer - some seem to get thinner there, but get wider again towards the end, others seem to be more or less the same width all the length. It's not always easy to see exactly, because of the curves. If you measure the width on this picture, for instance, it's almost the same width at the back… -
