Alright, after a few tries I decided to dump the samplerCube solution all together, and create a custom Blinn solution using IBL's samplePanoramicLOD instead. So far so good: Hope this helps someone in the future.

Sorry, no, currently only still frame exporting is available. Video export may be added at some point in the future. You will need to import the frames into something like Adobe Premiere if you wish to create a turntable video.
Or perhaps we all work in a highly competitive field with way more hopefuls than jobs available and "nearly" getting a job is the same as not getting a job. Your model looked great, best of luck with future applications!
