I'm with JKMakowka. Just spend a few minutes in Wings marking charts and seams. Done! The live unfolding in blender looks great, but I just don't have the time to learn the crazy interface.
@m1neh: Yeah, after looking closer at an (human) anatomy chart I see the misstakes I made. I will try to fix the issues with the abs, especially I will try to hint the external oblique in the mesh.
It's a bit hard to chart it out, but the sun is suppose to be directly on top of them. Edit: I see a problem now and there's a mistake on the right girl's skirt. I will fix this tomorrow. Thanks for help noticing.
The Demo has 100gb. That totaly depends on the game. How big is the world how manny assets do you have in your game. Geometry is 15 times bigger if we use the chart posted above.
This is classic rockstar, of course fidelity in their recreations is off the charts nowadays. I live in miami and those leaked shots of gta6 where driving me insane, you have no idea.... i recognized entire blocks and streets not just buildings. They are shufling them around like a deck of cards... but the feeling is…
I don't know if my standards are off the charts but there really havent been anything that I want on the sale yet and I only have a measly 44 games in total in my steam library.
No problem. I'd suggest giving these a read too: http://seblagarde.wordpress.com/2011/08/17/feeding-a-physical-based-lighting-mode/ http://seblagarde.wordpress.com/2012/04/30/dontnod-specular-and-glossiness-chart/
I'll be going down, but only for one day. We're charted to take a 10am-6pm conference, so I doubt I'll be able to hook up for drinks or whatnot. I'll be around on Tuesday the 19th.
Well, that diagram you linked has a reference chart in it. So I'd guess there is probably a good place to start. Or if you want to go full math-mode, start googling IOR/RI lookup tables.
[ QUOTE ] The NGage seems to take PS1 games, should have roughly similar constraints, same for the DS and PSP. [/ QUOTE ] NGage>DS>PS1 -- >PSP -- >PS2 Performance charts are more along those lines.
