I do think something to break up the uniformity would be cool. Maybe making the top silver metal portion of the pipes different sizes would do it. that way, you could keep the cool dual back tank look while offsetting the weight to one side. -

the chinese word is inverted, just sayin' :( here is the correct font for reference: 金 , 银 . and it is literally means gold and silver, but the couriers are looks more like Yin Yang / Black and white to me... ah well, just a name for a courier. just if you could, just revert the words to readable side one haha XD -

open office plans are not the silver bullet for productivity (and there's actual research to back this up!) - but they're great at cramming a lot of people into a tiny space (just look around). ...although I still hope the industry is just lagging behind in appreciating contemporary research in ergonomics and people will… -

Looking Great. Only thing I can see is that the bottom of the clip is a darker, solid opaque green plastic. Also it should be noted that the metal of the scope ect is not actually black, its just silver stuff painted black. If that helps at all. Also, never seen any scopes like that, but thats probably artistic licence. -

He looks really nice. The silver metal seems off to me though, I'd almost like to see the metal a little darker in the diffuse so you can see the specular on it better. It would also be nice to see some variation in the metal, right now the heavy metal armor and the smaller metal buckles are the same. -

I'm feeling much better about this now. Adjustments made, including turning the body into wood. I have a tumultuous relationship with texturing and especially the idea of "dirt". I could probably rant for days but I won't :p . I understand that the industry needs it, so I need to be the problem solver they are looking for.… -

Only replica pocket watches have that milled effect under their lid. Antique ones usually have just plain gold/silver. Seeing that effect says to me "new" and "cheap". Also your glass and paper don't sell themselves. I'm not sure what it is but they really detract from the rest of it. -

Silver Spade; I don't do environments. Ever. I also realized given my work schedule, I may not have time to do the environment fully to completion so I'm debating switching to the well. Here's my blockout of the environment thus far. (I'd classify myself as a 'beginner'.) -

Awesome.. This is so much better than that robot text-to-speech video everybody keeps pasting around. Its crazy to see both these videos on the same page. A Happy guy with no arms and legs, and an 8 years industry vet who couldn't find the silver lining around his fine china. -

Thanks for your input. I have to say, Im kind of stuck right now. Every complex model I bring in does this error. Although, I did a very simple cube with a normal map and it seems to work. But when I try to import a complex mesh, it does the silver thing.
