Sounds like a chance to look at the bigger picture! Avoiding extensive texturing and optimizing seems like the way to go. Stuff like Massive Chalice comes to mind: You could probably pull something like that in a gamejam, and it looks dope thanks to simple, clean art direction. -

After an extensive (and exhausting) week long study on the differences between Icedcream and rocks (Density, Mass, Flavors, Consistency, etc), I believe i'm on the right track now. A quick practice sculpt of a pile of slab-like rocks, utilizing more "Flat area" and "Trim" technology! -

Looks like you've got an extension until the 4th of May. Now that you have the time, it'd be good to try to blend the hair into the head a little better. It kinda looks like it's just glued on at this point and is, I think, the thing that's jumping out the most as not working now. -

Project Valkyrie Update 3 Quick Update on this, worked a bit on the abdomens and the back. Since I am not familiar with the anatomy to that extent, I had to either eyeball it or I had to use the references placed on the grid to get it done. Still didnt marry the image though. -- -

FBX. FBX is a proprietary file extension from Autodesk, You can use to transfer data between many 3D softwares from autodesk, including Maya and Max. With FBX you can import/export textures, models, animations, lights, camera and a couple of other stuff. -

I use Google's Bookmark sync extension for Firefox. It lets me have whatever book marks I have at work on my home PC aswell. It's super handy. I've tried del.icio.us and didn't quite like it. I might check it out again though... -

Rick, I just double-checked against the OGL Extensions viewer, and yup, my GPU has env_dot3 support. It pretty much has support for all OGL functions up to 1.4 (beyond that the support gets more patchy). Tacit, Rick, sounds very cool. -

interesting, I know it's a bit early, but it reads as quite dirty/industrial. I don't know how closely that relates to the vehicle concepts. They are 'industrial' to an extent but the colors you have so far (though, I like them) seem to express the darker/grungier connotation of industrial.
