I really like how you managed to incorporate your env art style into the character's clothing. So when's kevinjohnstone.com making it's way into my favourites tab?
Hahaha hot! Personally I think it could do with more shadow on the diffuse, though; really push the volumes, especially on his clothes. Other than that, it looks awesome.
nice boots looking good so far! i agree with ebagg about the cloth folds in the trousers though, they look very random and not sharp enough. keep it up
Hello, where is better to create stitches for clothes, in zbrush using alphas or substance painter. If it can be done in substance painter using alphas then it's better to do it in substance painter m what do u suggest ?
Hi, About a year ago I made this orc model. It was made base on concept but I totaly remade body and proportions so it would look more like LotR orc/goblin. Only cloths are true to the concept.
Awesome competition idea! I've settled on Daft Punk. Next up is unwrapping and texturing. The great thing about these guys is they share the same clothes so I shouldn't need to sacrifice much texture space between them!
Hello guys!! This is my first contest and I am excited as I am scared =) Ill do Akali in the Day of the dead... I havent decided the clothes yet, but lets see what comes out.
Coming along nicely. The cloth over the dead soldiers could be a bit more detailed and to conform better to the shape of the body. Right now it looks kinda stiff like a thin sheet of metal.
thanks a lot Slosh for the feedback my texturing skills still working on it i'll get back to cloth and weapon texturing and do more poses in future and do better High res render
Hey, the inside of the cabin is really dark. The blanket draped needs a bit of work as it's the draped cloth is not hanging corner to corner. I like the atmosphere with the fog and the sun, looks like an early morning!
