i just talked to Teddy and he confirmed that this is a bug that he managed to reproduce, we´re working on getting this fixed for 1.7, thank you so much for reporting!!

Thanks Unleashed, I hope pior is right, if he's not its the catch i was talking about, its exactly the same as silo (with higher polycount) with the sculpt/modeling combo.
@Neox It's not a basemesh. I'll try introducing some triangle, but sparingly! =) @okidoki That actually worked well! The shading artifact is now much reduced and there's one less pole so the topology looks much cleaner. Thank you @Eric Chadwick I'll check it out. Thanks
