Yes, it will be a disadvantage if you want to go to a studio that does a lot of hand painted art and you don't do 2d art. even this ground is handpainted ? I thought UC was "almost" 100% handpainted, because there are always exceptional cases. -

Yea, sounds like they do a lot of handpainting. I would handpaint a lot of the detail you would get from the normal map. -
