It'll be interesting to see how this one stacks up against WoW, seems like MMOs these days will attract people away from WoW momentarily, then they all go right back to WoW.

I'm curious, what is the 'Polycount opinion' of the FMX, as in do you think it's attractive/unattractive for Polycounters and why? I've personally never been, so I'm curious what you guys think.

that's pretty much how you start. doing models for $50 then working your way up. the more people see your work the better chance you have to attract more clients.
true, it probably is the best option for now. Linux mostly attracted me because it's prettier and more fun.. and that's not the best reason to go with it. And as Ben mentioned, if things go wrong, they go terribly wrong :(
Your texture of your seat is also way to much saturated. I think when he is standing in open air, the sun would desaturate the material, it attracts the attention, but a little bit to much
What a great presentation and attractive concept. I really loved the very first cinematic when it came out and it looks like the same quality will be carried over into the main product. Super stuff!
I agree, if you people just put their love for game art aside and saw the work as overall it will probably wont have much attraction for it. I guess the that the burden of something that is a hobby/work.
