Here is my 3D interpretation of Yang Qi’s Li King concept for Asura. Ingame version was modelled in 3ds Max and textured with Quixel Suite and Photoshop. Render was done in Marmoset Viewer. Hope you guys like it. Feel free to share the C&C.

The AO on the wings makes the membranes look like crumpled paper. I'd just try and find more reference on thin membrane wings and stretchy fabric to get a more concrete idea for the stretching and folds.
