Many thanks for the feedback, Yeap I was waiting for someone to point that out, fabric texture was box mapped to the mesh in KeyShot, therefore I had to face all the downsides of not having custom uv's.
Finished up the high poly today and rendered it in Keyshot. Feeling quite good about how it came out, hopefully I get the time to make a low poly and bake this thing down.
Furthering the high poly a bit more. I plan on taking some keyshot renders for the final presentation. Anything weird stand out? I'm going to add the remaining details in Substance or Quixel.
Hey thanks for the comment Nuclear Angel =) I rendered in Keyshot, did two renders for each image: one with a simple light setup and another with a full environment. Then I played with the renders in photoshop.
Do you mean that his legs are mechanical? Or do you mean the weapon on the orange renders. If you are talking about the orange. That's just a standard material in keyshot. So isn't textured yet
I'm wrapping up my highpoly so I grabbed a couple of shots of it in keyshot. I have a few small areas that I'll improve before I bake it down but feedback is welcome :)
Great work guys, im really looking forward to seeing all these great assets put into the scene. Just wondering re those high poly renders inside of keyshot ? there amazing shots.
Oh sweet! I gotta try this out for a future high poly update. Still haven't sat down with Keyshot yet, so I'm good with BPRs in the meantime! Thanks for sharing man.
ah you can do more than just vehicles and scenery, heres a cool sample of a character rendered in keyshot http://www.dominicqwek.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Imp_Beauty.jpg
