http://www.linkedin.com/pub/tanner-kalstrom/13/52b/5a0 add it up! I don't think there's an issue adding Linkedin to your website - not so sure about resume. Unless it's a digital copy I suppose. Shrug.
It usually implies visual depth. 255 blue tends to be standard, as it gets darker the shading will get darker on the normalmap, gotta be careful though because it'll go right down to black shading in-game and it'll look rubbish

Hi I found some script (Maxscript) for 3ds Max. "Single Skin Copy and Paste" The script copy and paste vertex weight between models. It works good but with only one select vertex. I would like to it to work with more vertex than only one. I mean if I'll secect 5, 12, 20 or more vertex. I'm not scripter so maybe can someone…

agreed. Which is why you are maybe having to look at it an extreme angle to see the reflections. A flat normal map color is 128, 128, 255. Could you display your normal for us?
Left a few notes. The rubbery arms can be a good effect, though I think ~f96-125 is a little too much in a short time. Generally I'd say use it like a smear.
Modeled rail covers and the EOTech 552. Bump maps for the buttons remain though. I haven't fixed all the edges yet (so they become smoother). Just a couple. But will do in due time!
this might help http://blog.duber.cz/3ds-max/system-units-setup-in-3ds-max you display unit setup looks like it set to "000" as aposed to "0" if that makes any sense. if it was set to "0" it would be 5 not 555.
what you're asking for gonna work only on super-huge maps, I'd say 100 times bigger than current one. Right now, even 50 people across 225 square kilometers feels a little dense :)
