I'm trying to create a basic snow particle effect for an environment I'm making, but I'm having some troubles with the cascade system. I've created a nice looking particle effect but I can't seem so work out how to increase the maximum particle count. It stops emitting at 485 particles. Is there a way to increase this…
This was a school project and the main character is 4 feet tall and my lead wanted the bed to match. I've wanted to go back and redo much of the texture work and add more character to the room but I also needed a break from the room and am currently working on an H&K 416.
i love it, the tech is super awesome as well. i get 60 capped fps and ~145 uncapped fps. intel i5 2500k o/c to 4.2 ghz cpu nvidia gtx 560 superclocked 2gb gpu 16gb g.skill pc3 12800 ram 500gb 7200rmp hdd
yeah its not a head update but somes props I make for the same project a fireplace 844 tris 1024 diffuse and normal ,burned log 56 tris 256 diffuse and normal,render in unity (fire particules its not by my) and a big trunk 425 tris 1024 diffuse and normal

looks rad. if I remember right, aren't you allowed to submit up to 5 MB of image? so really you could just append one of these to the other and submit the whole thing. You'd still only have about 4.5 MB at that point. great job! and congrats on finishing.
