Thanks for replying. Here is my dilemma. Basically I have the entire layout planned in Maya and the pieces are "modular", but when I import into Unity it's all copies instead of instances. If I were to go the single asset approach, it would mean I can't iterate whilst seeing "the big picture" instead in their own… -

All of your stuff is looking great, I'm quite impressed. Do you have a general layout or concept piece, so we can see what you're working towards? Also, how are you doing your wood and metal textures? Do you have a massive metal photo library you're working from? Your metal textures are consistently stellar. -

Really great stuff at your web-site, but I had to scroll it down expecting a separate link for wireframes, and than take a close second look to actually see the red link on each picture. I'd put it straight under each image and make it bold white text, probably - red gets lost in your current page layout. Interesting… -

Finished materials for the floor and driveway outside. Started to learn Substance Designer along the way. Also made a base color layout for the blockout, and spreaded out planks on the ceiling so it doesn't look so busy. There is another color option for wooden details, and, probably, I like it more. What do you think?… -

Well, I messed with it some more and it appears to be working now, though albeit a little glitchy. Thanks for all the help. Btw, the Cloth Modifier does work apparently if taken through the proper steps, as the vertex layout supplied by the garment maker appears to allow the mesh to deform properly around the model. What program are you using? Might make it easier for people to answer your question. I can't think of anything offhand that would do this. What I usually do for LOD models, in 3DS Max, is take the original fully-detailed model, and just use the "MultiRes" modifier on it - that will preserve the general UV layout and remove… -
