I just opened xnormal. Holy fuck, this thing is so overwelming and the help file doesn't actually tell you shit except how complicated and how many billions of settings there are. Still trying to figure out where the bake ao button is.
The decreased RSI of not having to use a mouse is another huge benefit. Plus, with the Intuos 3 you do have the side buttons to help with common tasks. Just got to watch your hand angle so you don't suddenly zoom in or out.
Nice to know the move is over though. Have fun at the new place Oh, and you don't need to send Bearkub anything, you can edit your own avatar using the Edit button next to Personal Info, in the My Home area
I have a question concerning shortcuts, too - Is it posible to switch different shortcut layouts with a click of a button ? For instance, the first layout will contain all the editible poly functions , while the second one will be for polyboost commands, and the switch is as easy as tabbing CTRL + L
thx all:) i (don´t know how *G*) managed that i can´t delete key´s with the del-button.. so i hope i learn to use the rightklickmenu like monster suggested. easy and it does it´s job
I've found the shoulder buttons on the intuos to be pretty handy in Zbrush. Ha! Apple is still trying to make ammends to the world for the design of the Apple 2. My old Apple 2c+ looks like the love child of a Gonk droid and a Speak-n-Spell.
if I am not mistaken you can resize that upper part (modifier list, modifier buttons,...) by dragging on the highlighted horizontal bar below your red marked box. Drag it up and down to give more space to either the upper or lower part.
I'm digging his face and especially the large finger to imply hoofage. Might be a little soft definition wise, but nothing a little more contrast can't fix. Oh yeah and good job on the straps on the backpack, I like the button snaps on the back.
Footsteps like to keep the character in motion, so you'll probably want to convert the animation to freeform, once you've got the basic walk pinned down. Just convert to freeform (can't remember exactly where the button is), and animate the stuff after the walk.
Looks fine really - which sunken areas are you talking about exactly? Nevermind, I see the middle part between the two buttons is inverted. Post your high poly screenshots, along with your baked normal map?
