i would first start by turning the texture off and the smooth off. I know it seems like it looks better, but it makes it harder for us to tell exactly what's going on. In my mid 20s I said fuck this an got off my ass and did the gym thing full on. I got a trainer and he basically showed me all the groups and all the different ways to work them.
