I like it, but have to agree with CommonOne about the dirt. If you want to give the piece a bit more story, you could make it look like someone wiped the dirt off the screen and the buttons with their hands to play it again.
I want you to learn where the 'y' and 'o' buttons are on your keyboard as well as how to hit the shift key and 'i' at the same time. But that's unlikely so just go make us a ninja pirate. Domo arrrrrrrigato.
I reconstructed my website and have been adding newer screens of my work. I'd like to hear what you think (there is also a link to my level design site under the downloads button, or go to levels.jonarm.com).
pretty fucking fun. i fucking HATE martyr grenade. seriously, who thought it was a good fucking idea to put in an automatic grenade drop when you die. at least make them press a fucking button. fuck!
I think I should return my 360. Whenever I turn it on, all the buttons glow green, and colorful moving images appear on my TV screen. I've heard many people don't have this problem.
oh, but this has nothing to do with uv's. It's the geometry, your faces are flipped (aka the normal of the face, points in the wrong direction) In the edit poly, select the faces and hit "flip" button or add a modfier "Normal" and check flip normals.
Where is the 'like' button? Damn been using too much facebook, haha. But yes, this is true! I am really loving Bayonetta right now, and I thought Avatar was pretty good. Bayonetta is just that much better.
The author is really open to suggestions too... I asked for alterations to the Quick Weight buttons, got a quick turnaround. Definitely worth an email if you have improvements to suggest, Andre's a helpful guy. [btw, good stuff Dave!]
you can toggle the texture on and off using the texture palette - any texture can be applied to a sculpt. if you're talking about polypainting, you can turn that off in the Texture tab of the Tool, just deactivate the "colorize" button.
There is no way to assign a shortcut key to the button in max, but this script will do the same thing (and more), and you can assign a shortcut to it. Works up to MAX 2009, not sure about 2010. http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/pivotplacer -N!
