The wii isn't 1:1 but its close enough, hopefully the move will get there before launch, the PS3 has more power so it should be able to do a more than the wiimote without increasing lag.

This is the reality of a global economy and purchasing power of currency. Also his pricing reflects the quality and time spent on his work. This simply shifts more emphases on quality. It has always happened, this isn't something new.
Thanks Marie! Thanks. I love the art direction too. I only made the assets....the rig was made by someone else. These are the ingame models and to be honest with the computing power these days the polycount is not a real problem anymore.
Yay, voxel type sculpting is really the way forward for sculpting apps, I'm kind of surprised Pixologic was so quick to integrate it, looks already pretty much as powerful as in 3DCoat. Can't wait to give a try!
The trend so far is nobody takes their place, power is just consolidated resulting in less competition. I think your tune will change once you get some development experience under your belt.

I wish Photoshop had a blend equation editor, or some facility for creating new blend modes. They provide a good plugin interface for filters, but the ability to add new blend modes would be REALLY powerful.
