Everyone has a different workflow but if your first pass is so frame heavy that adjusting the timing is a struggle then I think a different workflow would be the best solution (in future!). As for salvaging, you could bake it all out, re-time whatever sections by mass scaling keys then re-bake so they're on 1's. From there… -

What is see needs work right away is the head looks ike a baby, and the knees are all wrong, and in general it does not feel like fat as much as it does rubber, so try to give more of a sense of gravity here, but you can make this work, also try to build it up a little more… -

It''s primarily used as a sentry turret, but could help you get the upper hand if you find yourself being swarmed by a ravaging horde of Zombies. =) More iterations to come! -

I think you can salvage the idea by changing the hero though! :) Design wise - I think you need to continue the flower or fur theme throughout the armour, for consistency and to tie the look together. Shrinking down the branches would also be a good move, since it is very nature's… -

Okay, woah, slow down there buddy. Firstly, the butterfly looks great. Secondly, the WD idea isn't bad, it jsut need a bit of tweaking. And abandoning it now seems a little... well, not good, ya know? It's still salvagable. Maybe add some better contrast, slim the staff down a bit, and put some more colour in. -

Only way (currently) to salvage is to install the old material, open the file, strip all materials, save, install new material, open, re-create all materials. PITA. Maybe we just need to write a conversion system. But other studios must have figured out a way to make new versions backwards compatible. -

Glad you like them! They're all free to model, but are a bit light on interesting detail so I won't feel bad if anyone took liberties with filling them in. I've got no solid plans for them yet, maybe I'll touch up a few of the ones worth salvaging, but I'm itching to move on to a new theme and style for now.
