I would say exaggeration is definitely going to be key here. As almighty_gir pretty much said, he needs to look very powerful and bulky. I would also consider making his legs slightly longer, with an emphasis on bulking up his thighs. Make him look considerably intimidating by making him look taller. Good luck. -

konstructs paintover is pretty sweet as far as the shoulder length and the axilla-axilla length is concerned, but i think the character looks generically taller. Boomer should be smaller. Smoker should be taller. It'd look better if you varied the letters in the title more instead of just using the stock font - Make the wear and tear on the Rs and Os look different, especially the two Rs next to each other. Remove the 72 from the Ts, too. imo -

@DashXero, nah you are definitely right man. I couldn't find a lot of reference for this character for some reason, so trying to stay true to the character but still stylize is tough! I think I need lengthen his legs so he is taller, and then bulk his arms and chest a little also. -

The only thing catching my eye right now is the pillars..Hard to tell if it's just the angle, but the proportion looks slightly off, like they should be taller or slimmer? Maybe not. Hey Warby, you were right he did look a little too normal XD I've tweaked some of the proportions and tried to make him look slightly taller to get that more 'gaunt' look as well as more sinister. Cloth still needs more work/revising: Please keep the crits coming :) -
Re: The Monthly 'Noob' Character Challenge (01/14)
Not sure if I'll be able to get around to this as I have a couple other projects ongoing, but I thought I'd add something to help out with part of the modeling process for her weapon. Her weapon is likely about the same height or slightly taller than she is based upon the perspective, but this should help with the modeling.
