yikes! the first charachter made me cringe. For example you have random tone variations on the shirt where they logicly shouldent be and work on painting gradients sharp shadows and soft shadows both have there places. Generally it's much less of a headache to create morphs from duplicates of your base model. You will run into problems with UVs and smoothing groups easily.
