the eyes are really really weird, she has no eye whites on the inside of her iris, the eye shape is also pretty bad. also her head in general seems rather sharp and flat on the front, it should have more of a curve going round from the front past the cheeks to the sides of her head.

The idle animation seems new. I noticed that her elbows loose a lot of shape and volume when her arm bends. Perhaps some extra polygons in the joints or some refinement in the blend weights would help. Also the gun's handle is clipping through her forearm. It's a fun retro character design though.

I do agree with lotet, the body needs some minor tweaks to be perfect. Maybe make her body a little wider from the side profile..I'm not convinced she can actually hold her head up with her current body. Regardless the sculpt looks great! That's one STRONG start :0
Not sure why you've measured her at 8 1/2 heads tall... her heel is clearly on the floor at 7 heads tall, and you can see from the concept that she's got a somewhat short and petite build. But you're sculpting her at 8 1/2 heads tall and it's looking reeeeally weird.
This is looking really sharp! i like it a lot! It captures the concept very well. My only thing is that in the concept she has 2 shoulder plates and you modeled her with only 1. Also in the concept the shoulder plates come up a bit higher on her arm and sit almost on her collar bone.
Nice work as usual! :) One critique for your skinny lady: since her upper torso and arms look auschwitz skinny, her face doesn't show that she's that skinny at all. I would make her cheeks hollow as well as draw sunken eyes. Zygomatic bone would really protrude in this case.
I don't mean to sound overly critical but what is going on under her tits???!?! does she have a roll of fat directly under her boobies? Looks odd, I think you could make her look 10 times more sexy by removing those over zelous fabric folds
