Wow you guys aren't kidding. I ended up picking up a used 18sx that works awesome with Zbrush and Photoshop, but in Mudbox 2010 the cursor is way off. No matter what I do with calibration. I can't believe they have not fixed it yet actually because it makes it unusable for those with cintiqs. Terrible....just terrible. -

There are two ways. Either use Hypershade to use MultiplyDivide nodes to do the conversion (which is really fast, values are restricted to three decimals though so you loose precision). The other way is using an expression. Expressions can slow down your scene if you're not careful. A simple deg/rad-conversion shouldn't be… -

set up three cameras, call them front, left, back. move the front one out in front of your object, rotate the left one 90 degrees and move it to the left of your object, and then rotate the back one 180 degrees and move it to the back of your object. change the field of view for each camera to 0. that should be good! -

Here's the finished Priss model: model I noticed that I somehow managed to cut the polycount in half with this one while achieving the same result as with Sylia. Priss weighs in at 9.5k; Sylia was around 18k.
