"is it that my retopo is does not have perfect squared polyes or is it something else that i am missing all together?" Place a wireframe screenshot of your model right next to a wireframe screenshot of a professionally built model and it will be obvious. Don't guess. Study.
This is really a stellar piece, you color work and stylization are fantastic. And thank you so much for posting up your wireframes, I have such a hard time finding wireframes for awesome pieces like this!:D
I'm having trouble with my wireframes. The character is wearing armor but it shows the wireframe of the body underneath when I fit the entire character on the screen. When I zoom in it displays properly but I have to zoom way in.
He's shown non-triangulated models in the past for presentation purposes (looking at a triangulated wireframe can be messy). So just because you see an image with a non-tri wireframe doesn't mean they don't triangulate their models.

ok well...they are still denying it. so, weve started comparing wireframes. now, the wireframes show (from what i can see) that the polyflow is identical. just some verts have been welded here and there. but ill leave it to you guys. theirs mr.smo's
Wireframe is available in 3D preview on Sketchfab - on right there is EDIT panel and you can set wireframe, shadeless or plain model. I will work on those freckles, since so far I was the only one that liked them :D
@esDeus : ha ha, What is this? how can i get model with wireframe of someone's work? please look at the wireframe of the model and compare with that please and there are so many guys are did hulk sculpt, will you say them as fraud???
