Add a controller as the root of your skeleton. Make one forward walk cycle , then rotate that controller 45 degrees in either direction. Export , rinse and repeat -

Just pushed to 41 Mil polys in modo, it droped down to about 30 - 45 fps. To be fair it was one object. GTX 970 - i7 4790. -

Here comes the drop. Almost every sculpt is a 45 min speedie. 1st and last are a little bit more polished as you have probably guessed. -

Cool character. You might try orienting the UVs for the fishnet at a 45° angle so the lines are straight in the bitmap, so you get cleaner lines. -
