3dsmax translation min-max
I want to restrict translation on the x-axis of an object to a minimum and maximum world value, so that it can not stick through other objects accidentally while later animated by someone else. I've looked into limit controller, but that only works with existing keys afaik. Is this at all possible? -

I don't recall ever seeing that mask you're referring to - I've been using SUITE since 1.X and never encountered it to the best of my knowledge. You should easily be able to replicate it using the DynaMask editor though! -

If I were in your shoes, I would just straight up low poly model it and then paint everything in the diffuse map. The contest rules say one 1024 x 1024 for the finished character, so I would follow that. -

I use X-Rite Eye-One Match 3 to calibrate my screens. I got a couple of Dell P2310H screens from ebay 18months ago, and after calibration the difference is amazing. The screens are very flat and neutral.
