If you set the ambient color to white, both sides become visible.Or even half Lambert with its power to zero.It makes the textures brighter though :( You can post it in Xoliul's Shader thread here.
More processing power = quicker baking and better performance in general for cpu intensive games and tasks, I'd say if there's room in the budget, why not. I'd first spend money on an i7, than sli or a ssd drive.
Hi, there ! Imagine the future where Mars has become the second homeland. However, its environment differs, and in the end, it prevails over the human technologies, no matter how powerful and advanced they are. https://www.artstation.com/artwork/5Nq1O
Thanks man, and for the crit on FP :) Here's my scene as it stands with working glass, VPL on the lampposts, etc. No lightmass. I'll come back to skim down the lamps when I can! Edit: The power of realtime~
All the Ace Combat soundtracks by the legendary Keiki Kobayashi. Freespace 2, EVE Online, and the Mass Effect series all have phenomenal OST's but I've yet to come across one that's as powerful as Ace Combat's.
Of course the more powerful machine, is always better but my opinion, practice and EXP make you work faster, more Ram, fancy GPU, CPU, . . . just make your computer run faster, not you
Yeah it's a powerful tool for prop and environment work as well but as other has said it can be long in between uses, I just license it for a month every time I need to use it and let it expire after that.
I've started to use blender myself recently, alongside Max. And while I really think Blender is great, it has a long, long way to go to rival Max's sheer poly-pushing power in the viewport.
Nice work so far, i'm working on the same concept art atm ^^ I'll take a seat here ;) Gonna give a try to that substance suite, it seems to give some magical power texturing :D
If he was that powerful, why can't he just Dr. Manhattan all the bad guys? Or destroy that drop ship the same what he did that Tie? I wanna get it, I am just asking :) .
