Re: Lost Temple - Unreal Engine Environment
2nd Big modular block done. Wondering for low poly of these is a Zbrush decimated version good enough or is there a need to Re-topo these? Usually for static meshes, is re-topo necessary ? I tried baking the normals on the unwrapped decimated version and found no issues, that's why I ask. Any advice? -

Nice progress ! Just 2 things. 1st, I would try to make the mask thicker. Right now it looks more like paper. 2nd , therefore the feet will be visible on the final model, I would recommend spending more time and reworking the anatomy of it. Keep up the great work ! -

I'd be happy if I didn't have a 2nd Gen iPod touch... or Apple released hardware in a way that didn't lock people out from future developments. Lovely strategy though, just throw it away to upgrade. I want/need to get an iPad, but rumors of another version are abound... -

You've got some really nice work here, you've definitely got skill! I'm a 2nd year at University studying Games Art & Design at Hertfordshire university. (Networking! :) ) What programmes have you used to create these? I definitely need to get into some more character work... -

faster: 1. activate the window. 2. alt space 3. tap the m key 4. tap the down arrow key 5. move your mouse. though i don't see why programs don't automatically snap offscreen windows, once you disconnect a 2nd monitor. -

@aceofspades230 Thanks for the ref! I wasn't aware of this game till now. This is the 2nd character for the game. This is almost the final version, there will be some minor tweaks but I'd appreciate any comments! At this point I am just noodling on small stuff. Also I think I need to rename this thread. -

Looks like a nice upgrade. Will get one later this year, or maybe sooner. I don't really use one other than to have eBooks for private lessons and app development. My 2nd Gen iTouch gets way more use than my iTouch4G and iPad combined. -

little question, the "deming" is chinese words too? 2nd thing is i know jiangshi is chinese vampire, but normally it is literally "stiff corpse" ...so if put "jiangshi" name on death prophet's ult ability is kinda awkward for me. should use "ghost" "spirit" in mandarin should be more proper... -

3.) just record a timeStamp and compare it to the previous one. if it is below lets say 200 ms it is a double click. If not within that time window a 2nd keystroke follows it is a single key press, otherwise a double click. I might have some experiments with that - maybe I can help you with that
