As others have said, the details on her armor is very nice. However, I feel like I liked earlier versions of her face compared to the most recently posted ones where she's posed. Maybe it's because her head seems to long/deep?
Is she magic because her hat is floating above her hair that is floating above her head? I would suggest gathering other reference to help... shape your concept. I also like how you labelled it concept art - very organized.
Her cheeks look a little flat just underneath her lower eyelids making her appear a little less feminine. Perhaps pulling them out and softening them abit could help. I think the body proportions are definately there though. Keep it up.
I one of those rare artist that would be smitten by her and would be looking into her eyes and not give a damn about how her fingers or toes looked like. Of course if she was annoying to listen and talk to it would be a freaking deal breaker. :D But that's just me.
I was thinking about giving her a repaint but those UVs are godawful, good luck to anyone willing to skin her... I'll include a pic of the UVs and an OBJ file with the model next time I upload, got some TCs on her as well. EDIT: Uploaded!
More Red concept art, I'm still trying to figure out exactly who she is and find her style outside of school. And also her physical features... I'll post some older stuff of her too. She's changed quite a bit over time.
Thanks. :) I'm really not sure what I'll be doing with her, but I'd like to try and bring her diffuse map to the point where I don't have to rely on other maps to make her look good. Progress is slow (struggling to find time), but as long as it's happening!

it looks like she's leaning forward just a little like she's going to fall forward..might want to bend her body like arc her back backwards just a little....and you can probably delete some edge loops on her legs and body...
