the shorts look like he steped into a swiming pool a the air is making them baloon up and out. make it look more like cloth sagging down. -

yeah the spikes would have been nice little points of interest shining against the cloth, and dead easy to do.. dig the result though looks nice -

Oh Yeah , great ! I prefere Nemo , but the gray color on this clothes can be just a little bit -really little bit more bright. I love it. -

Looks good, just a bit stiff, give him some curve. You could lose some polys on the hat and cloth around his mouth maybe.
