You don't, I have a vivotab note (comparable specs) and you can not paint in photoshop with this thing. Very very laggy last time I tried. But great programs like Clip Studio are fantastic on it and almost as good functionally. Also much better touch interface.
The answer to A seems to be because they only hire good people that will function in the company. And there are a few, Kite/Andy Nisbet is a member but I don't think he visits often. And I remember seeing someone's portfolio here a few years ago who is now at valve as well apparently.
I have these options in 2015. but I don't know the name for that tool options script to feed you the bits you need. :( Alternatively, you can get to the same function via marking menus for each tool, holding down w,e,r +lmb >Axis.
Decimation Master is not the right tool for making a lowpoly, game usable asset anyway. It's function is purely to reduce the polycount of your model to something that other apps can handle, with no respect to polygon flow etc. In other words, it'll make a much lighter model with a horrible mesh.
i like it! about the cannon, what does it do? the parts dont look especially functional. i see a lot of block shapes but i dont get the sense that they do anything. maybe work those shapes into something more mechanical looking? looking good tho.
ok thanks for the help! what you said is indeed what i wanted, headus uv layout has the function, but the demo seemed very unpractical to me. (tried it out again today). I sure hope you can find a way to do it! would be great!
Good call, that explains why models are jacked up with Isoline on :\ I only use TS during modeling (performance). I use Meshsmooth before exporting (classic output) and adjust relax function to tighten the model to high rez. You got a link to your script?
I'm running the beta, just got the latest update. Not sure if I did something wrong but on my project I'm getting this "Error: General Photoshop error occurred. This functionality may not be available in this version of Photoshop." I'm using leather on my project and it's Photoshop 14.2.1 x64
no backwards, as in not destroying compatibility with very olds scripts like back from the 90's. There are many things changing but usually in a way that keeps older scripts still functional. Many important UV things (my expertise) were added with 2008 and as such they are not working with max 9 or older.
Good morning! I’m going to bed! I’ll likely play around with some more color schemes tomorrow, as well as finalizing the bust before moving onto designing the technical functionality of the full body. http://www.therealdanpeavey.com/2010/02/concept-progress-223-late-night/
