Dude, I love you. It works perfectly. I don't need it simpler (What could make it simpler than create the atlas and press 2 buttons?) Thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks! we need this on the wiki!
Awesome! Worked perfectly! Is there no preview button for most of these functions/modifiers? Applying and then ctrl+z is a lot more tedious to preview than just sliding it around and seeing the results in real time. (Though the tools are wicked cool :P)
Looks pretty good, got any references to compare with? The left/right click buttons seem a little high and the trackpad seems a little low, also those edges might be too tight? A little hard to tell though.
Thanks for the tip Bartalon :) That did cross my mind but honestly i just could not find the delete hidden button. Various places said to look under the geometry and masking panels. Ill have anoyher hunt for it shortly.
Ok, i totally understand what you say in your previous comment, but when i apply the firs extrusion with (+) button, the second extruson is not work correctly (push the edges like Scale-tool). But thank you anyway!
There's no point in waiting, really.. Quixel is only a tool.. there's no "make awesome" button in there. You could start with a smaller prop to get started with PBR. There's tons of documentation around (; You could go for a realistic lift truck while you're at it.
Nope. That is done after the import is completed. You will be presented with a Workshop page for your submission where you can edit all these entries, upload images and more to present your submission. These are not a part of the marketing button. They come after.
it still doesnt work. i downloaded the aku and insert the mesh and the color. but there is still the same problem. only a sphere with no maps assigned. in 3do the button for custom mesh is also greyed out, like you see it in the upper picture.
Yeah, just have to save it :) I'm not 100% sure how to do it in any of them because I don't ever have to. I think in Zbrush you just click the make texture button or to texture, something to that nature...
You can always read the threads you want to read, and then go up to the button called "Tools" and select "Mark this Forum read". Then the threads will only go green if someone post in it after you last visit/reset.
