Hey will make sure the SDK includes the right .fx file for you to preview in Max with. Apologies it wasn't in there to start with!! Can expect the next SDK update mid December so just a few weeks, need to iron out a few bugs with new features first. -Sean Tracy -

Long time no updates. I've been playing Skyrim a lot lately, and this explains that. I've probably finished the church in the village, polished the postprocess and this helps blending the picture colors together. Still lots to do, I should be able to work at a higher pace the few last weeks of December. -

Dammit! This thread cursed me. I woke up to about 8 inches of snow outside this morning. It's like mother nature trying to make up for the weak December. :P Oh well, at least it gave me a good excuse to go into work a few hours late. Pic! -

Re: Lightmass keeps failing. Ugh.
So I rolled back to December of 2010 and lightmass works for me if I attempt to render using 12/2010. My level won't load and my package is screwed which is frustrating because I'll have to reassemble everything but whatever...I'll just deal with it. I'm an adult, I can handle it. p -
