You don't want' to use any form of varnish in a medium, it's not meant for that and actually destabilises the paint even when it's dried. I used to help a fellow artist and picture restorer and some of the worst jobs we had were commonly as a result of artists using 'varnish' as their mediums - paint mixed with it… -

Ya, so I should specify. The workaround I posted should be a last resort. Ideally you should go back and fix your bake so that you'll learn from your mistake and not do it again. Some immediate thoughts from about 30 minutes messing with it: -It eats a ton of GPU processing power both when minimized and when idle (this is on a Geforce 650, so low-end, but shouldn't matter). -Not a fan of the navigation.
