Finally overcame baking errors and stuff... Started texturing. Hair is still placeholder, as I am deciding what to do with it... (decimated hair mesh right now). Belts and buckles will come soon.
improving - watch the corners of the mouth, they are a bit sharp and some weird shading errors there. perhaps the sharp lines should be softened off a little on the neck, she is getting a bit mannequin looking in places

spent an hour or so searching for errors trying to find why maya wouldnt display my normalmaps, i had everything set up right, i just forgot to hit "6"
Thanks a lot Zeldrik...That overpaint did help me a great deal! I fixed some of the stretching and most of the errors you guys pointed out, did some tweaking on the mesh too.
That is a problem with your normals. Looks like some smoothing errors there. What app was it baked in, and what app are you previewing it in? It may just be a matter of inverting hte green channel in your normals.
Wow. Some poor artist is going to get reamed for this. I wonder if the same goes for everyone else up the art and marketing chain who should've noticed the error before it went out.
rather than copying frames just start off by seting a key at the first frame, then scroll the time slider to the last frame and set a key before moving anything. see if that fixes the error.
