I was never junior when i started, though i had to remind a few people of that, as i didnt have any studio experience at the time.... i did have quite a bit of freelance, mod and indie game development though -

Paid Job Postings Freelance Postings (Unpaid) Requests Pick one and head over there. If-- despite appearances-- this is anything but the third, then you might want to pick up some credibility on the way (Email, grammar, actual job and project description, etc) -

I work 45+ hours at a non-art related job...and sometimes it's hard to motivate myself to do anything but be a slug when I get home....Polycount is a great motivater though..and the aspiration to do more than just freelance stuff -
