Does this happen when that material ONLY has a diffuse material applied to it? Similar effects can happen when you have your spec power set way too low.

so i take it this is for unreal 3 then. Well then this spec mask is probably going to go into your spec power slot and your spec mask will go into your spec map slot.
I've had to send it in twice. 2 or 3 weeks each time. BUT I also had to send my power supply in for repair. That took about 3 monthes for it to be sent back.
On a slim one you have to replace the drive cover with one that has a door for the disc. I wish it was as easy as it is on the Gamecube, plop in an import-enabler disc, power on, change disc, done.
