I changed from maya to 3ds max myself, found it a breeze didn't need to change anything, I love max :) Everyone is not the same tough, on your latest question try checking this button.
TREECE, this keeps happening in all tools and documents for some reason. The cursor is white because I was holding CMD button on a mac (CMD + Shift + 4) to take a screenshot which is also to mask in zbrush
@Bugo Watched more of the videos today, and I had no idea about picking gradients from the screen, that is a life saver :D Don't know why I never tried out that button before :/
Desert bus driver looks like fun... Bought this on pc, you can't change any buttons and the gameplay is pretty poor; [ame] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RMkKA2MOQq0&feature=related[/ame]
If you make changes within DDO's own menus with the previewer on, it should update automatically with every change if you haven't turned it off. Otherwhise you will have to press the button to force the previewer to update.
It's pretty amazing now how everytime I'm doing something traditional and I make any sort of mistake, without fail, my mind yells, "UNDO UNDO!!!" But there's no undo button... :S Hehe
Since when does pressing buttons to see images move on a screen count as fun? Its only because of the psychological aspects that people play videogames, or else it would just be wasting fucking time.
It looks like your trying to get rid of lightbox. The lightbox button up at the top will toggle that on and off. You can also change the location so it appears up at the top of the viewport in the preferences rollout.
Is nice. I'd add a nav to the individual pages so people don't have to go back to the overview page, or at least some buttons linking to the previous/next page. That Zbrush bust is badass by the way.
If you have the rope modeled, and the spline in a knot, use a Path Deform WSM from the modifier drop down on the rope mesh. Once its applied, select the spline and hit the "Move to Path" button.
