Hey buddy, would love to see your angry orcs :) Yeah, just to hopefully start up the thread again! Plus been busy with freelance and teaching, so I want to do other things to keep me happy hah
Man seriously... if school is not for you, quit wasting everyones time, and most importantly your time, and start styding / practicing game art. Get a freelance job, enter competitions, "eat" as much tuts as you can, and eventually land on a gig.
Been far too busy working on my game and doing some freelance web development work. I started on the model and it's sitting at about 90% complete too. But I don't think it's going to go any further than that unfortunately.
thats cool man, by working even just a little every day, you learn to sit down and getting shit done, which will be very valuable later on when you are freelancing or at work push out constant quality : ) keep it up!
This looks very fimilar..I remeber when I did freelance 3 years back Bungie had me take a test for a prop artist position of a generator. The concept looked just like that. Your turned a lot better then mine :)
Well, not currently, I'm actually going into college as a freshman this year. So not much time for anything but freelance really. That's why I got excited about this particular internship as it's handled through the school, so I can do both at once.
