This pretty much sums it up: Certainly you can paint it out in photoshop, or tweak your cage(max) or render multiple bakes and composite them in photoshop, but be aware of the drawbacks. Its better to fully understand the problem, and try to fix it in the mesh first, as painting it out for instance becomes very difficult… -

you can place ui objects in a shelf or directly on the canvas. unfortunately that does only apply to those tools which are available by default at application startup though (most 3d related tools require that you have a 3d tool active in the canvas and cannot by customized that way). you don't have to use a submenu to… -

Some good improvement keep at it =) I don't see a lot of evidence of previous seasons of plant life? Moss or debris in corners and cracks that would be the basis for the advanced plant life. As plants die they turn brown, break down blow around and end up collecting in specific places and become food for bigger plants.… -

Ahh 3D printing... gotcha. I'm not sure how the hoses will print, they may need to be done separately and attached? Might want to check on that, it depends on the machines they use but I think in general terms that is going to cause problems.
