From the same site that freely gives away mod powers to unstable 19-year-olds like food hampers. You could've anticipated that. @Cooljay It's going nowhere because it started nowhere.
I'm loving Blender even more since the move. Very daunting at first but heck, it's one powerful piece of software. Sculpting is great too, hadn't run into any complications so far.
i think the way Thor regained his powers was probably the cheesiest moment in recent movie history. it set it up well for the avengers though, especially if you watched until after the credits.
i would say if than hand drawn :) Its for practice so would be nice to learn how to edit normals too ^^ ps: feels great to have the power over a thread hehe
He said he is teaching this. Teachers do not teach whatever they like, but what they are told to teach. It is not in his power to teach whatever he wants and certainly he is not the one who makes the "tailoring"
How is it powered? if its compressed air, make a nozzle that will fit into an air compressor hose, if its electri, make a cord, if its some weird unexplainable way, it should be fine the way it is :P
For a phong shader, link it to "cosine power". For a Blinn, specular eccentricity. Before you do that though, try playing around with the slider to find out roughly what level of gloss you want.
i was on the gulf coast of fl when andrew hit, a good ways from impact, and it knocked our power out for nearly a week and did a lot of wind dammage.. cat5's are BAD
People in power usually don't care about people in the slightest, it's in our nature, so this isn't surprising. But hey what can you do? Hope for the best really, it's all you've got.
learning to rig now.. obviously a looong way still to go :) ...and now my computers puny processing power makes itself be known that it does not like having to handle all this animation stuff~~~~!
