OVerall, I see in several areas, you decided to model objects that are separate in real life together while instead extruding cuts and grooves to try and represent the connection. This may seem quicker but is going to eat at material definition in the end.… -

I'd suggest starting with a blocky object and realizing it's not going to be perfectly curvy where you want it. Then once you have a simple entire object slowly add detail (verts/polys) EVENLY and with only quads or tris. Stay CLEAN. Work up to your target poly count and realize that it won't look like like a next-gen game… -

I think your pieces will look lots better with more complex variety. The Centaur looks kind of nice, but not so interesting. Give him ragged shirt, torn chain mail and broken plate armors and maybe bad-ass looking axe or something ? And pose the guy. He would look awesome. The woman is nothing special but uses way more… -

concept is cool, i'd like to see some gloves and greaves to match. what direction do you plan on taking as far as modeling goes i.e. low poly vs. current/next gen? What size human is this supposed to fit? Consider how the helmet is going to fit between the large shoulderpads, and how the horns might clip through the spikes…
